I'm taking part in Encephalitis International's Brain Games challenge this September.

Tuesday 3rd Sep
Great start to the challenge. Sunday I spent in legoland meaning a lot of stop and start which put me on the back foot from the start but spent Monday and Tuesday evenings away from home catching up and now we are back on track, feeling fit and motivated!
